Lisa and Caroline invite you to their November retreat, back at the wonderful Fishley Hall in Norfolk.

Fishley Hall has been in the Molineux family since 1953 and dates back to the Seventeenth century. It has been lovingly refurbished from a derelict state after the last occupant left in 1980 and then sat unloved for 30 years.
Work started in 2012, we have not used commercial builders for the rebuild it has been Phil’s ambition to rebuild Fishley Hall himself and leave it for future generations in a better state than he found it.
So with just Phil the farmer, a very talented bricklayer called Pigglet and Godffrey our friendly local builder they all had the patience and vision to bring this beautiful house back to life. We have used and kept all original features where possible and matched new to old.

As you can see, the house is in a very quiet location; there is a beautiful conservatory for us to practice in, the house and rooms are spacious and luxurious and we are not far from the coast and the Norfolk broads for some lovely country walks. As mentioned, the retreat is for 4 days/3nights, from Friday to Monday and the price is based on which accommodation you wish to go for. The options are:

5x Twin room sharing a bathroom (shower and bath) with one other room - £565 pp (shared room)

Please note: You can come with a friend, however if you come by yourself you will be allocated a room with a like-minded person. We pay particular attention to this.

All towels and linen are provided. The retreat weekend will be a time to step away from the busyness of day to day life and to find space to relax and recharge.
Your arrival is at 4pm onwards, lovely mix of vegetarian and vegan food throughout the weekend and, of course, a lovely mixture of Hatha yoga, slow yoga flows, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, mantra and relaxation.

We are hoping that Jess at the wonderful Samu Kitchen will be providing tasty, fresh vegan food for us.
In addition, we will be offering a gong bath by Lisa and a sound bath by Caroline as part of the experience.
We are once again hoping to arrange for a sauna and ice bath afternoon for a touch of the Wim Hof experience!

The deposit will be £180, payable asap to secure your place. The final balance payment will be due 12 weeks before the retreat, which will be Friday 23rd August 2024.
