Workplace Wellbeing

One of the myriad reasons I teach yoga is to help the promotion and practice of physical and mental wellbeing. I am so pleased to be able to offer bespoke workplace wellness sessions based around a combination of yoga, yoga nidra and gong baths.

For your company and employees, yoga can offer vital benefits such as reduced stress, performance improvement, an increase in energy and concentration and can help in raising team morale.

 

I work with you to understand your needs and what you would like to attain from the session(s) as well as discussing logistics in terms of location, number of attendees and equipment required etc.

Yoga

I currently teach Hatha and Yin yoga and either or both of these can be incorporated into a wellness session. Class length and number of attendees can be variable and based around your needs.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidrã is a conscious relaxation. It’s wonderful to do at any time of day…especially with the busyness of modern life. It invites a deep sense of relaxation leaving you feeling relaxed, present, peaceful, with a deeper connection to Self and rejuvenated. This can be a standalone session or incorporated at the end of a Hatha or Yin yoga practice.

Gong Baths

A Gong Bath is a form of sound healing meditation.  Everyone is immersed in the vibrations of the gongs and instruments during a session (you are bathed in sound, no water is involved!)  No experience is required. It is a form of meditation accessible to everyone and is wonderful as a standalone session or as part of a wider wellness package.
